Safety Operation Assurance for Metro Artificial Facilities During Underground Space Development in St. Petersburg

The paper describes the background for implementing geotechnical monitoring and information modeling technologies (BIM-technologies) in practice of artificial underground facility operation. The article also provides an explanation of the necessity to adjust regulatory requirements to artificial underground facility operation.
