The strategic value of recall

► We study the value of two-person zero-sum repeated games with bounded recall. ► We provide an explicit formula for the asymptotic value of the bounded recall game. ► The formula depends on the one-stage game, the duration, and the recall capacities. ► We improve previous results by Lehrer (1988) and Neyman and Okada (2009).
