Justifiable choice

► We study a multiple-self model of choice. ► Agent may use each self (preference relation) in each choice problem. ► We characterize this behavior in terms of a new behavioral property. ► This property formulates one aspect of the trade off contrast effect (Simonson and Tversky, 1992). ► Finally, we study the notions of indecisiveness and being more decisive.
