Implementation in adaptive better-response dynamics: Towards a general theory of bounded rationality in mechanisms

► We study implementation when agents adjust action in direction of better-response. ► Quasimonotonicity is necessary for implementation in better-response dynamics (BRD). ► Quasimonotonicity and NWA are necessary and sufficient for implementation in BRD. ► We also characterize implementation in interim BRD under incomplete information. ► A characterization of implementation in strict Bayesian equilibria is also provided.
