A novel aptasensor based on 3D-inorganic hybrid composite as immobilized substrate for sensitive detection of platelet-derived growth factor

3D-4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4H2O-Au NPs inorganic hybrid composite was utilized as immobilized substrate and Pt-Au bimetallic nanoparticles were labelled on PDGF aptamer to construct a aptasensor for sensitive PDGF detection. The detection limit of this aptasensor was 1.2 fmol/L, much lower than that of other electrochemical aptasensors.
