Chemoselective synthesis and cytotoxic activity of a series of novel benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one derivatives

Effects of substituent on the activity and selectivity have been investigated. The substituent group in the meta-position of arene gave corresponding six-membered heterocyclic products.
