DNA aptamer selected for specific recognition of prostate cancer cells and clinical tissues

SELEX process for human prostate cancer cell line PC-3M-1E8 and PC-3M-2B4. The obtained aptamers recognize PC-3M cells with good affinity in the low nanomolar range. Moreover, the tissue imaging results showed that truncated sequence named Xq-2-C1 had better recognition ratio for clinical prostate cancer tissue samples compared to the random sequence.
