An RNA polymerase I-driven human respiratory syncytial virus minigenome as a tool for quantifying virus titers and screening antiviral drug

The feasibility of using an RNA polymerase I-driven RSV minigenome as a tool for quantifying virus titers and screening anti-RSV drug was investigated and a rapid, sensitive and quantitative method to quantitate RSV replication and screen anti-RSV drugs was developed.254
