One-pot solvothermal synthesis of ZnTe/RGO nanocomposites and enhanced visible-light photocatalysis

Along with ZnTe nanoparticles synthesized by one-pot solvothermal method successfully, GO was reduced to RGO. Due to effective electron transfer between ZnTe and RGO, the ZnTe/RGO nanocomposites showed enhanced photodegradation performance under visible-light irradiation.
