Nanopatterned ZnO and diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) donor-acceptor copolymer based planar heterojunctions provide a viable route for near-infrared photodetector applications. The rigid backbone of the DPP copolymer with a thienothiophene unit enhances charge transport properties.184
