Design, synthesis and evaluation of azaacridine derivatives as dual-target EGFR and Src kinase inhibitors for antitumor treatment

A series of azaacridine compounds were rationally designed and synthesized as EGFR and Src dual inhibitors. The typical compound 13b could inhibit the invasion of tumor cells and induce cancer cells apoptosis in the nano-molar range.263
