- PO codoped g-C3N4 with large SBET and oxygen-free photoactivity is prepared.
- PO codoping increases the anoxic photocatalytic RhB degradation constants by 27 times.
- O doping increases the adsorption ability and captures the electrons to produce holes under anoxic conditions.
- This study provides new insight into the design and fabrication of anoxic photocatalysts.
