Immobilizing ternary ZnXCd1−XS on graphene via solvothermal method for enhanced photoelectric properties

- Composition-tunable ZnXCd1−XS-graphene were prepared with a one-step solvothermal process by varying Zn/Cd ratios.
- The diffraction peaks move to higher angle and UV-vis spectra present a progressive blue-shift with the increase of x value.
- A more efficient separation of photo-induced carriers and a faster interfacial charge transfer occurs on graphene-Zn0.8Cd0.2S.
