N, S co-doped carbon dots with orange luminescence synthesized through polymerization and carbonization reaction of amino acids

N, S co-doped CDs with orange luminescence were synthesized through one-pot polymerization and carbonization reactions under hydrothermal conditions, using two different amino acids as raw materials.
