The influence of the hydrophobic agent, catalyst, solvent and water content on the wetting properties of the silica films prepared by one-step sol-gel method

- Transparent, hydrophobic, uniform silica film by sol-gel co-precursor process.
- Preparation of silica coatings from ETES and Iso-OTMS in different molar ratios.
- Decreasing in hydrophobicity of the films with increasing in Iso-TMS molar ratio.
