Tensile property of low carbon steel with gridding units

► Tensile properties of BCLR steel with gridding units were studied and compared. ► Gridding units were found to have significant influences on tensile properties. ► Different trends existed in the strength and ductility with unit distance narrowing. ► Strengthening and toughening mechanisms of gridding BCLR steel were discussed.
