The effect of oxidation treatment with supercritical water/hydrogen peroxide system on intersurface performance for polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers

► We provide a new surface treatment method for carbon fiber. ► Using supercritical fluid as the medium of oxidation treatment contributes to achieve a better control of the oxidizing reactions. ► Surface appearance of oxidized carbon fibers changed obviously.
