Ionic liquid-modified metal sulfides/graphene oxide nanocomposites for photoelectric conversion

- Metal sulfide (CdS, ZnS, Ag2S)/GO nanocomposites were prepared by electrostatic adherence.
- Ionic liquid was used to link the metal sulfide and GO in the electrostatic adherence process.
- The as-prepared samples showed enhanced photocurrent and highly efficient photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation.
