The effect of multiwalled carbon nanotube doping on the CO gas sensitivity of TiO2 xerogel composite film

► TiO2 xerogel composite film containing MWCNTs(0.01 wt%) to CO gas sensor application. ► Seven times higher sensitivity of the composite film than pure TiO2 xerogel film. ► Well dispersion of MWCNTs in TiO2 xerogel with 1.5 times increased surface area. ► n-p junction structure of TiO2 xerogel coated on MWCNTs.
