The preparation of c-axis epitaxial Bi-2212 films on STO(1Â 0Â 0) by sol-gel method

► TEA was added to improve properties of sol. ► Experimental parameters such as drying conditions and sintering process were investigated. ► Superconducting property of the film was also investigated. ► Smooth c-axis epitaxial BSCCO films were deposited on STO substrate.
