Morphology-control of VO2 (B) nanostructures in hydrothermal synthesis and their field emission properties

► VO2 (B) nanorods, nanocarambolas and nanobundles were synthesized. ► A continuous changing process of morphology was found. ► Field emission measurement of them was performed, showing good field properties.
