The influence of incident angle on physical properties of a novel back contact prepared by oblique angle deposition

A novel BCE (MAM) based on a layered structure is prepared by following process steps, as shown below. Comparing the reflectance of MAM and traditional bilayer Mo (Mo12), it could be seen that the change of reflected intensities of the Mo12 and the BCEs show a negative correlation with the variation of Rq of corresponding samples.
