Effects of the AFM tip trace on nanobundles formation on the polymer surface

► The AFM tip is used to scratch the PC surface once to form nanobundle structures. ► Effects of the tip trace on bundles formation are studied based on a modified AFM. ► The sample scanning mode is feasible for perfect nanobundle structures formation.
