Au nanoparticle arrays produced by Pulsed Laser Deposition for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

► We produced gold nanoparticles using Pulsed Laser Deposition at different pressures. ► We have made the analysis of the light emission intensity profiles of the plume. ► Good performance of the substrates for SERS applications is reported.
