Effects on the field emission properties by variation in surface morphology of patterned photosensitive carbon nanotube paste using organic solvent

▶ Photosensitive carbon nanotube (CNT) paste is fabricated by CNTs, UV-sensitive binder solution, and Ag as filler additives. ▶ Acetone removed the organic binder material from the patterns. ▶ Acetone can be used an efficient developer for photosensitive CNT pastes.
