Hot embossing of PTFE: Towards superhydrophobic surfaces

▶ PTFE was hot embossed above the glass transition temperature. ▶ Impact of temperature, pressure and time on pattern transfer was tested. ▶ Water repelency was improved up to the superhydrophobic region.
