Partial oxidation controlled activity regeneration of used Ag3PO4 photocatalyst via removing the in situ surface metallic silver

An efficient partial oxidation strategy was provided to control the contents of surface metallic Ag0 on the deactivated Ag3PO4 semiconductor photocatalyst. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the regenerated Ag3PO4 was successfully achieved in comparison with the fresh Ag3PO4.
