Effect of H+ ion implantation on structural, morphological, optical and dielectric properties of l-arginine monohydrochloride monohydrate single crystals

► H+ ions implanted LAHCl single crystals at different ion fluence were studied for property changes. ► Ion implantation induced defect clusters were analyzed using optical absorption. ► H+ ions implanted crystal shows property enhancement.
