Nanostructure and conductivity study of yttria doped zirconia films deposited on samaria doped ceria

► Zirconia and ceria are co-used as solid electrolyte at high temperature. ► Inter-diffusion happens between the co-used electrolyte at temperature over 1000 °C. ► Conductivity of zirconia becomes lower when it contains some cerium ions in lattice. ► On both of zirconia and ceria substrate, zirconia film becomes columnar structure.
