Scattering effects of primary electrons in Co/Cu(1Â 1Â 1) measured by Auger; elastic and loss electrons

▶ The novelity of this work is the measurement of electron losses as a function of the primary electron beam, which give structural as well as chemical information. ▶ We duscussed different mechanisms of electron emission in DEELS, DAES, and DEPES.
