Pulse electrochemical synthesis of capsule-like nanostructures of Co3O4 and investigation of their capacitive performance

- A high specific capacitance of 502.4 F g−1 was achieved.
- Nanocapsules have high contribution of active materials in the redox reactions.
- Nanocapsules exhibited an excellent long-term cycling stability.
