Impact of chemical treatment on the surface, structure, optical and electrical properties of SnS thin films

► We investigated impact of chemical treatment on the physical properties of SnS thin films. ► The SnS thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation technique. ► Chemical treated films exhibited excellent improvement in their crystalline and optical quality and thereby low electrical resistivity. ► The observed results clearly demonstrated the possibility of the development of good quality SnS films and thereby devices.
