High-speed epitaxial growth of BaTi2O5 thick films and their in-plane orientations

► High-speed epitaxial growth of BaTi2O5 thick films on MgO substrates by laser CVD. ► Epitaxial BaTi2O5 thick films were grown with in-plane orientations. ► In-plane orientations of epitaxial BaTi2O5 films can be identified crystallographically.
