Effects of porous nano-structure on the metal-insulator transition in VO2 films

► VO2 films with small nanoparticles and homogeneous pores are obtained. ► Tt of porous nano-structure VO2 film is reduced to 56 °C and ΔT is increased to 36 °C. ► Systematic study of CTAB concentration on morphology and MIT properties of the VO2 films is conducted.
