Anti-wetting Cu/Cr coating with micro-posts array structure fabricated by electrochemical approaches

► Cu/Cr microposts structured surface was obtained simple electrochemical approaches. ► The multilayer coating with this unique structure exhibits good anti-wetting property. ► The hemispherical top of the micro-post favors the hydrophobicity of the coating. ► The wetting modes of two different microstructures are different but convertible.
