Investigations on co-evaporated Cu2SnSe3 and Cu2SnSe3-ZnSe thin films

► Cu2SnSe3 (CTSe) is an important precursor material for the growth of Cu2ZnSnSe4, a novel solar cell absorber material. ► Cu2SnSe3-ZnSe (20%) growth and characterization helps us to understand the influence of ZnSe on CTSe. ► The films were deposited using co-evaporation method.
