Hydrogen doping of MgO thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition

▶ Hydrogen doped MgO films grown by pulsed laser deposition method. ▶ Doping was provided by H2 gas stored in cavities of milky MgO single crystal targets. ▶ H doping lowered the firing voltage up to 55 V. ▶ The N2 in the gas mixture lowered the FVs up to 38 V.
