Effect of NH4OH concentration on p-type doped ZnO film by solution based process

► Highly c-axis oriented crystalline nitrogen/aluminium co doped zinc oxide film can be obtained through earth abundant aqua ammonia and aluminium chloride. ► Excessive aqua ammonia resulted in increasing precipitation and rough surface. ► Good quality p-type ZnO films can be synthesized through sol-gel process.
