The vacuum UV photoabsorption spectroscopy of the geminal ethylene difluoride (1,1-C2H2F2). The vibrational structure and its analysis

► The vacuum-UV absorption spectrum of 1,1-C2H2F2 is measured between 6 and 25 eV. ► Rydberg series converging to the X˜2B1 and their vibrational structure are analyzed. ► Between 11 and 16 eV Rydberg series converging to the A˜2B2 and B˜2A1 are observed.
