The conductance and stability of fused dithia-heterocyclic compounds contacted with gold and platinum electrodes

Our first-principles quantum transport calculations demonstrate that the conductance and stability of molecular devices can be tuned by changing the molecular conjugation and the molecule-electrode coupling.
