First principles calculation of oxygen K edge absorption spectrum of acetic acid: Relationship between the spectrum and molecular dynamics

â¿¢Effect of dynamic behaviour of molecules in liquid on the core-loss spectrum was investigated.â¿¢The experimental spectrum of liquid is reproduced by combining the molecular dynamic simulation and the first principles band structure calculation.â¿¢The peak originating from the single bonding is sensitive to the dynamic behaviour of molecules.
