Effect of sintering temperature and grain size on the electrical transport properties of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 manganite

- Increasing the sintering temperature increases both the grain size and dc-conductivity.
- The temperature of transition is independent on the sintering temperature.
- Appearance of dc-conductivity saturation region at high temperature.
- The ac-conductivity is dominated by a hopping process.
- Complex impedance analysis indicates the presence of relaxation phenomenon.
