Effect of visible-light illumination on resistive switching characteristics in Ag/Ce2W3O12/FTO devices

For the first time, the Ce2W3O12 nanosheets powder was prepared by a hydrothermal process, and we observed the effect of visible-light illumination on resistive switching behaviour in Ag/Ce2W3O12/FTO devices.
