Spectroscopic study of jet-cooled indole-3-carbinol by laser desorption technique: Franck-Condon simulations and anharmonic calculations

- The IR frequencies of I3C-a and -b from harmonic calculations showed no difference.
- Anharmonic calculations showed different IR frequency patterns of the I3C conformers.
- Franck-Condon simulations provided a conclusive assignment of the observed conformer.
