چکیده انگلیسی

- Temperature dependent electronic and chemical properties of phenol adsorbed ZnO(1 0 1 0) and (0 0 0 1)-Zn were studied with UPS, EELS and LEED.
- Adsorption at both RT and 220 °C reveals a charge transfer from ZnO surface to the phenol.
- On the polar Zn-terminated surface, significant changes in electronic structure above 220 °C are observed reflecting possible EPFR formation.
- On the non-polar surface, LEED reveals a semi-ordered c(2 × 2) superstructure suggesting a 0.5 ML saturation coverage.
