Formation of 3-mercaptopropionic acid-ZnxCd1−xSe quantum dots with tunable band gap

- Controlling the compositions and size could change the emission colors of ZnCdSe QDs.
- The intensity and QYs of 3-MPA-ZnCdSe QDs have been enhanced greatly.
