ZnO homojunction ultraviolet photodetector based on p-type dual-doped film and n-type nanorods

- We first fabricate the ZnO homojunction ultraviolet photodetector based on p-type ZnO:(Ag,N) and n-type ZnO.
- The photodetector is self-powered and has good rectifying behavior.
- The photodetector shows high spectrum selectivity and fast response time.
