Fabrication of α-Fe2O3 hexagonal disc/SnO2 nanoparticle semiconductor nanoheterostructures and its properties

We have successfully synthesized SNH's by hydrothermal method. The saturation magnetization shifts toward the field axis when the HD's are immobilized with NP's, which is clearly manifested in the hysteresis loops.
