Low temperature heat capacity of water clusters

- Vibration frequencies are calculated for 35 low energy isomers of water clusters.
- Heat capacities of the clusters are calculated according to the vibrational states.
- The overall picture of the heat capacity of the clusters is bulk-like.
- The calculated values agree well with experimental results before the clusters melt.
