Naphthalene adsorptions on graphene using Cr/Cr2/Fe/Fe2 linkages: Stability and spin perspectives from first-principles calculations

- Decoration of graphene with C10H8 via Cr/Fe atoms is shown to be highly stable.
- Dispersion corrections improve the binding energy by 0.78-1.40 eV.
- The nanostructures exhibit interesting magnetism and can be applied in spintronic devices.
